Mark Sanchez working a footwork drill. One of my favorite drills I work with my quarterbacks. The coach will tell Mark Sanchez whether to go front, back, right or left and also the path to take around the cones.
For example - Right, Back - Sanchez will then work to the right in the pocket and to the back of the first cone before working his figure eight footwork on the two cones to the right.
This is a great drill for working on improving quickness with a QB's feet, and also throws a mental component to the drill which I love - Because QB's do have to think on the move .....
